Eye of the Beholder
As long as I can remember, I have loved horses. Something about their spirit; their gentleness despite their size and power. The eyes are the window to the soul and if any creature puts that on display better than a horse, I’ve never seen it. Originally created as a submission to the Lexington Art League show “Horse Sense”, this original piece, finished in a vintage gold leaf octagonal frame, is looking for its forever home.
Approximately 5×7 inches
Watercolor on cold-pressed 40lb watercolor paper
Custom-framed, wood and gold leaf
